The Line Pests Won't Cross!

Deadline is absolutely top tier! These guys are extremely thorough professionals who have done quite a bit of work for me in the past. Their communication is great, if they don't answer a phone call they call back within an hour and have always gone above and beyond to provide great service. They always take the time to explain issues with properties they have inspected for me and are more than fair when it comes to repairs and treatment. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest, hard working company to help with termite inspections, repairs and prevention.

I have renovated homes for 40 years -my daughter and her husband asked me to help them remodel their home in San Diego. They were referred to “Aaron “ by their agent. In all my years of working with termite companies I had never worked with a company as attentive, caring , as hands on, as Deadline Termite. Aaron’s wife and daughter work with him and his crews are loyal to Aaron with good reason. I added two photos so you could see Aaron’s professionalism. We had the house tented Aaron had the job site immaculate. Aaron took great care making sure the gas was turned off. Aaron checked the job that night for safety and he was at the house first thing in the morning making sure everything was alright. My second photo is of the attic. The previous owner had lived in the home for over 50 years the attic was a mess. Aaron rented a high powered vacuum cleaner he made the attic look new. I had flown in from Washington D.C. to help my daughter and son in law -I was proud working with Aaron and he made me feel secure. You can count on Aaron. I plan to have him to the house every year for an annual check besides we really like seeing Aaron!

I have been referring Aaron termite business for several years, and was thrilled to learn he was going out on his own, founding Deadline Termite. In addition to past work he's completed for clients, always in a professional and timely manner, he recently completed the repairs and tenting for 8 units owned by family members. That wasn't easy, in part because the weather caused a one-day delay (high winds), but also we had to coordinate the temporary relocation of 8 tenants! In the past he's completed not only the tenting and removal of fungus, but the repairs required for damaged wood, much to the satisfaction of myself and clients. We even had a couple of instances where he and his team had to deal with bats, and the remediation of the damage they caused! Give him a try, he won't disappoint!
